We work hand in hand with our clients and provide a wide variety of partnership models catered to meet specific requirements for each business scenario. Typical R&D initiatives require hiring high-level expert resources for defined periods of time, which is cumbersome for ISVs to invest in, due to the lack of visibility for their long term utilization. Sierra Atlantic helps bridge this gap by meeting short and medium term resource requirements, thereby minimizing the clients’ investment in staffing and resource planning functions.
Sierra Atlantic’s service offerings also include:
- Project Model – single project based on fixed-price/fixed-scope or Time and Material
- ODC Model – where we operate a development center for the partner within Sierra Atlantic – as well as project managing the same
- BOT Model – same as ODC but with an option to transfer the people to the partner if and when they decide to run the operations themselves
- Reverse BOT or CCT model – where we takeover an existing captive center
