Rich Kerman is Manager of IT at Clopay Corporation. Clopay was one of the first organizations to upgrade to Oracle R12 (in 2007), with Sierra Atlantic as their IT partner. They have a complex organizational structure with multiple ledgers spanning USA, Canada, and Europe across 50 organizations. He has a background in Finance as a former Finance and Accounting manager and an MBA from University of Illinois.

Debkrishna Acharya is an Enterprise Solutions Architect with Sierra Atlantic Inc. and has about 8 years of experience in implementing, extending, integrating, customizing and supporting various Oracle EBusiness Suite modules. He is currently managing one of Sierra Atlantic's customers in the Midwest. Acharya has graduate degrees in electronics and computer applications.
