CRMnet 4.0, Sierra Atlantic Application Network, is a pre-packaged integration solution that automates customer centric business processes, spanning order capture, support, helpdesk and field service modules of PeopleSoft CRM v8.4 and ERP applications from Oracle and SAP. As an end-to-end business process integration solution, CRMnet 4.0 enables organizations to become more responsive to their customers while improving their sales and service operations. CRMnet 4.0 ensures real-time exchange of information in a bi-directional manner with guaranteed delivery. It currently supports each of the following:
