Optimize Disposition Costs and Reduce cost of Product Changes in your Product Changes in your PLM

Abstract
The race to stay ahead in today's highly competitive manufacturing environment has led to an unprecedented rate of evolution of products. A product's lifecycle is marked by lot of design changes geared towards an improvement in performance and cost efficiency. A subjective cut-in of such changes, however, can lead to a supply chain nightmare in the form of excess and obsolete inventory that dilutes, sometimes significantly, any benefits reaped from the design improvement.
In regards to the financial aspects of doing business with Sierra Atlantic, we think that we’ve saved about twenty five percent. When it’s all said and done we think that we got a great a great bargain for a buck and we are bringing the technology to the market in a timely fashion.
