About the speakers

Liz Herbert, Senior Analyst, Forrester Research
Liz serves Sourcing & Vendor Management professionals. Her key research areas include software-as-a-service, as well as consulting and systems integration firms' offerings regarding SAP and Oracle implementations. Liz additionally covers sales force automation technologies and strategies including mobile sales and sales performance management.

Vijay Pendyala, Senior Manager, Engineering, Callidus Software
Vijay Pendyala has more than 14 years of experience in developing market leading enterprise applications. At Callidus Software, he manages offshore delivery center which includes, Engineering, Support and Services functions. Prior to joining Callidus Software, Vijay spent more than 10 years at Oracle, most recently as Director of development in Oracle's Applications Division. In that position, he managed the incentive compensation global development team and helped develop products for customers implementing complex sales force compensation systems.
Before joining Oracle, Vijay worked as a Senior consultant at iGate and Sonata Software implementing enterprise applications for customers.

Allen Deary, Vice President, Outsourced Product Development Services, Sierra Atlantic
Allen Deary focuses on service methodologies, delivery strategies and corporate culture. Prior to joining Sierra Atlantic, Deary co-founded Peritus Software Services, Inc. in 1991. He served as both CFO and CEO of Peritus and led a highly successful IPO of the company in 1997.
Prior to Peritus, he served as Director of Worldwide Product Development at Honeywell-Bull. Deary also worked at Apollo Computer, where he held a number of financial positions including Controller of Customer Support. He holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Northeastern University.
