Raju executed the first R12 upgrade project for Sierra in North America. Raju is a Certified Supply Chain Professional by APICS USA, and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from Caterpillar University USA. Raju is well positioned to share his insights and best practices on upgrading to R12.
