System Validation of 100% Objective Weighting

Objectives consist of two categories, the first is the Core Objectives and the other Personal Objectives. One objective can hold more value in relative comparison to another objective. The degree of importance of an objective can be found out by the weighting (in %) attached to it. Most business cases require that the sum of the weightings of all objectives to be equal to 100%, which is currently logged as an enhancement. This paper describes how the system can validate the sum of the weightings of all objectives.
