(2) Accelerate and Streamline Month End Processing in Oracle Applications Using Custom Month End Dashboard

Business/IT face multiple challenges doing Month End process in Oracle applications when the system landscape is complex with Oracle integrated with different systems. There is a need to provide a "solution" to do Month End processing in an easy fashion. This paper suggests an approach to design "Month End Dashboard" with the help of Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Workflow and Oracle Alerts which can give visibility to transactions and help in making informed, faster decisions and in turn, streamline and accelerate the Month End closing activities.
