Impact on Oracle Time and Labor – Upgrade from 11.5.9 to R12

Organizations on E Business Suite 11.5.9 version and Human Oracle Time and Labor implemented have to upgrade to R12 for continuity of support from Oracle. In wake of such a situation, it is difficult for consultants to attain confidence on the changes in R12 with regards to functionality and other technical enhancements. This paper highlights some of the features in Oracle Time and Labor which have been changed in versions post 11.5.9 and not covered in Release Content Documents.
