War of Colors Game Development
Introduction:
Sierra Atlantic Software Services Ltd – a Hitachi Consulting Company, successfully developed an Adobe AIR game under the title “War of Colors”. “War of Colors” is a tech demo built on Adobe AIR for the BlackBerry playbook tablet from RIM.
The Product:
The game is all about conquering the maximum sectors using the three different colors. The game can also be played in the multiplayer mode where the player can challenge another.
Project Planning:
The project was completed in less than 4 weeks where each of the sprints was mapped to our JIRA workflow which helped us to spot issues very early during the SCRUM.
Highlights:
- Adobe AIR application: The game showcases our capability to develop Adobe AIR content using the flex sdk.
- Multiplayer application: This game features both a single player and a multiplayer (2-player) version.
- Game: The game is all about conquering the maximum sectors using the three different colors.
- RIM Playbook platform: This is an application built on AIR for the Playbook tablet from RIM.
