Why Callidus chose Sierra Atlantic:
Callidus wanted to work with Sierra Atlantic because we had the need to scale quickly and effectively to meet the needs of our global customer base and we needed to find a partner company who could provide cost effective quality services across multiple facets of an organization and Sierra Atlantic fit that bill.

Infrastructure quality and other facilities:
Our Experience with Sierra Atlantic has been very top quality, the infrastructure is top notch, the organization has been very efficient and we have been very impressed.

Technical and managerial expertise:
As far as technical expertise goes, we found very high quality individuals here at Sierra Atlantic. The ramp up time to get individuals up to speed in their technical team has been very light compared to what we have seen in other organizations. What we have found is that across all levels of Sierra Atlantic, there is definitely commitment towards Callidus the customer and I have never had an issue with reaching anyone or any of the managerial levels.

Initial Apprehension of Sierra Atlantic:
One of our main apprehensions of Sierra Atlantic, especially my apprehensions as I run a technical services organization was around customer satisfaction and the perception of customers with off shoring, some of them consider it to be key services, and we have found it to be an absolutely a non issue because of the quality of services that they are getting and the quality of people we have here.

Initial Apprehension:
So the Sierra Atlantic team is defiantly at the core of the Callidus operations, we have the team providing engineering, documentation, quality and support services so they are definitely at the heart of the organization and in fact we really don’t even consider them the Sierra Atlantic team and we view them as just as an extension of the Callidus Team.

Strategical fit with Callidus:
We increased the team size because there is a great ability to scale within Sierra Atlantic. We seeded the team with very skilled individuals and who are then able to cross train their peers and do it quickly and it was a very efficient way to grow.

Replicable Success Areas:
As far as success areas goes that should be replicated are especially the training and the ability to bring people up to speed, additionally the hiring process as the people that we have found here at Sierra Atlantic have been very high quality. The ability to retain quality individuals is also something that should be replicated.

Customer orientation of the team:
So the customer orientation is going to be the center of anything support related. We absolutely rely on customer satisfaction and retention and what we found is that the technical support engineers that we have at Sierra Atlantic keep the customer in focus at all times as evidence through the communication, the quality of work and then the customer satisfaction that we have.

Reliability, dependability and responsiveness of the team:
The team that we have here at Sierra Atlantic is very reliable, very dependable and we can go to bed and rest easy knowing that they are covering our work for us.
