Informal Environment
Since ours is a people-driven organization, we believe every Sierran is a partner in the company’s progress. We discourage hierarchical barriers and differentiation. We encourage free and open communication. Employees are free to reach anyone within the company. The environment we work in is relaxed and informal and we address fellow our employees by their first names, irrespective of the role or position.

Problem Solving
We believe that happiness of employees comes before organizational imperatives. We have several communication meets across the organization. Apart from quarterly HR Interacts we conduct an internal survey called “Vox Pop” that serves as a platform for our employees to voice their opinions. This forum allows the management to gauge the pulse of the company and take necessary action, where required.

Sierra Atlantic believes in recognizing individuals and teams, in a timely and effective way, for their exceptional contributions to the organization as a whole. As a regular practice, the Sierra Atlantic intranet portal carries praise walls commending the work done by individuals or teams on various projects. To capture the ardor and the spirit of our employees we have robust rewards and recognition ceremonies being held once in every two months where the management presents individual and team awards to our top performers.
Apart from the monthly, quarterly and annual performance awards we also have a practice of giving away Service Awards to our long dedicated employees.

Sierra Atlantic’s Social Responsibility
As a responsible corporate unit, Sierra Atlantic believes in tuning its business operations with social values.
Corporate Social Responsibility is an integral part of Sierra Atlantic and we employees define Corporate Social Responsibility as using environment friendly products promoting metal and saying no to plastic and discourage wastage of paper. CSR initiative at Sierra Atlantic has four service areas: In-House Improvements, Rural Development, Service to the Under-privileged and Environmental Activities.
“Mitr” is a voluntary help group which has been established by our employees for the purpose of improving, guiding and inspiring the lives of the underprivileged. Started in 1998, the group raises funds from among the employees and uses it for different support projects.
Mitr facilitates in supporting various organizations in their cause and gives assistance and resources to orphans and other charitable organizations.
Sierra Atlantic is the first software company in Hyderabad and is amongst the first few software companies in the country to be star rated for Energy Efficiency.
