Our employees follow an 'All Work and Play' rule. While we work with the best in business and build sophisticated solutions, we always make time for some leisure activities. We make every weekend different from the other by giving it a different theme each time – from a new dress theme, to a movie, or being a DJ, our employees know how to have fun.
As a company, Sierra Atlantic also organizes family events such as Children’s Day and Annual Day, giving our employees and their families maximum scope to enjoy. Even our All Employee meets take place outside the company premises in an informal environment.
