Oracle OIC (Oracle Incentive Compensation)
Description and Requirements:
- Expertise in Oracle Incentive Compensation (Sales Comp. module) and Oracle Financials modules
- Candidate should have experience in integrating Tax Software with Oracle (preferably vertex)
- Candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in Implementing/Supporting Oracle Applications.
- Candidate should have worked on at least 2 full life cycle implementations.
- Candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in supporting Oracle applications (Oracle 11.5.8 and above)
- Candidate should be 80% Functional and 20% Technical
- Candidate should have customer facing skills and should have excellent communication skills.
- Candidate should be familiar with Technical aspects of Oracle Apps.
