Oracle HRMS Functional
Description and Requirements:
- A minimum of 6-8 years of Oracle HR suite experience
- Good knowledge of Payroll & US Legation.
- Strong working experience in SSHR, OAB
- Should have worked on US released interfaces
- Having a minimum of 3-4 full life cycle implementation experience in implementing HRMS especially for US customers, preferably from the government sector
- Played a senior/lead role in the past 3 or 4 implementation projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
