Job Description:
This senior functional consultant is required to work on Implementation in the areas of CRM
(Service Contracts, Install base, Field Service, Depot Repair) areas. It needs good amount of client
interaction and also understanding of customer business to map to Oracle apps respective modules.
- Minimum 3 - 4 years in Oracle applications in the areas – Service Contracts, Install base, Field Service, Depot Repair with at least 1 - 2 end to end implementations of which one project in the specified modules.
- Good understanding of business process and client facing, excellent communication skills.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Good experience in manufacturing modules.
- Working knowledge of SQL and PLSQL.
