Job Description :

Requires the consultant to perform process analysis, design, integration, testing, training and implementation, documentation

Interact effectively with customers, developers and peers to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the solution

Should be conversant with business process analysis and modeling
-
Exposure to package implementation/ roll out methodology
-
Should be good at building and managing customer relations
Desired Profile:
-
Consultants should have relevant domain/line expertise of at least 2-4 years
-
3 years of experience in Oracle applications with hands on experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations OM, INV, & PO modules
-
Should have a good knowledge of HR processes
-
Should have good interpersonal skills
-
Should have excellent Oral, written and presentation skills

Consultants who played lead roles and techno functional roles will be preferred
-
Should be open to travel to any place on the globe
Qualification: MBA/B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/MSc
