Job Description :

Requires the consultant to perform process analysis, design, integration, testing, training and implementation, documentation
-
Interact effectively with customers, developers and peers to ensure the successful delivery and implementation of the solution

Should be conversant with business process analysis and modeling
-
Exposure to package implementation/ roll out methodology
-
Should be good at building and managing customer relations
Desired Profile:
-
Consultants should have relevant domain/line expertise of at least 2-4 years
-
3 years of experience in Oracle applications with hands on experience in at least 2 full life cycle implementations INV ,BOM & WIP modules
-
Should have a good knowledge of HR processes
-
Should have good interpersonal skills
-
Should have excellent oral, written and presentation skills

Consultants who played lead roles and techno functional roles will be preferred
-
Should be open to travel to any place on the globe
Qualification: MBA/B.E/B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MCA/MSc
