Java Tech Support Manager
Desired Profile:

Ownership for an important portion of the product family through the full lifecycle from high level design to support

Regular deliverables, including product specification sections, design document sections, UML diagrams, implementations, unit tests, and in some cases, supporting documentation
-
Work closely with our product management team to gain a detailed understanding of the product requirements
-
Work closely with other members of the engineering department to coordinate development efforts and to present work in groups of peers and often the entire organization

Assist and mentor junior members of the department

Experience in technical support (product) and managing technical support teams

Qualification: BS or MS in computer science, or equivalent
